About Us

Vikas  Khanna and his mother Bindu Khanna opened Lawrence Gardens on December 2nd, 1990, starting with one room. The style of cooking was based on traditional North Indian cuisine under the supervision of grandmother Mrs. Bimla Khanna (Biji) and the food served was always fresh and simple. Instantly the banquets became a household name and were booked for months in advance.

Mr. Davinder Khanna and Nishant Khanna took Lawrence Gardens to the next level with their business acumen, while Shelly Khanna managed the operations.

After graduating from WGSHA and working under some of the finest chefs in India, Vikas Khanna added a myriad of flavors to Lawrence Gardens.

Executive Chef Raju Ustad and Head Chef Bishamber Ji are well known names in the food world of Amritsar for their distinct cooking styles.
