This Test Kitchen is designed to operate as a freestanding test and demonstration kitchenfor recipes, product development and testing - A place where food and science combine and create a wonderful symphony of taste and creativity.

Award winning Chef Khanna's vision is to provide an environment committed to the develoment of high quality products through research on spices,food product selection, preparation, and presentation. This will provide a site in which to test and refine and demonstrate cooking techniques and recipes, with special attention to the nutritional components, both to analyze and enhance this aspect of the cuisine.

This kitchen will also provide consultation to new as well as established restaurants as well as assistance in designing menus. It will further address staff training needs so that they will be able to implement creations that are developed here.
