½ cup honey
½ cup fresh lime juice
½ cup fi rmly packed fresh mint leaves
2 cups fresh grapefruit juice, chilled
2 cups fresh orange juice, chilled
2 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 teaspoon dry mango powder
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 lime, cut into 6 slices
In a small saucepan, combine the honey and lime juice,
bring it to a boil over medium heat.
Add the mint leaves
and remove from the heat. Steep the honey mixture for 5
minutes. Pass the mixture through a fi ne mesh sieve placed
over a bowl, pressing down on the leaves with the back of a
wooden spoon. Refrigerate the syrup until cold.
In a large pitcher, combine the mint syrup, grapefruit juice
and orange juice, lime zest, mango powder and chat masala.
Pour into tall, chilled glass, garnish with a lime slice.
