Pomegranate Champagne Celebration

SERVES 2

2 sugar cube
2 fl uid ounce pomegranate juice
6 fl uid ounces dry champagne
4 teaspoon Pomegranate seeds

Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne fl ute. Pour the pomegranate juice over it, then the sparkling wine. Drop a few pomegranate seeds into the glass.

Serve chilled.
