Salted Lassi with Mint and Toasted Cumin

Serves 6

cups plain low-fat yogurt
2
cups water
1
cup crushed ice
Salt to taste
1/2
teaspoon toasted cumin seeds
6
fresh mint leaves



In a blender add the yogurt, water, ice, and salt and blend until frothy.


Serve chilled garnished with mint leaves and cumin seeds.
