Classic Irish Coffee

Serves 4

tablespoons brown sugar or to taste, plus more for garnish
cups hot coffee
ounces Irish Whiskey
full tablespoons whipped cream for garnish


Add a tablespoon of sugar to each warmed cup and pour hot coffee until it is about 3/4 full.
Then use a spoon turned upside down and pour the whiskey over it so it flows down gently. Top it all with the whipped cream, sprinkled with brown sugar.
Serve hot!
