Juana Clipper's name is synonymous with high end quality baking. Her creative style of cooking has received international acclaim, with her products being avaliable at Bloomingdales, Dean and Deluca, Marc Jacobs, and many others.

  

Juana has formally trained at the Institute of Culinary Education (fomerly known as Peter Kump's Culinary school in New York and with renowned pastry chef Pierre Herme in France.

Her partnership with Chef Vikas Khanna has brought to Juana's Unique Sweets a lot of different tastes and twists.
